 Born in 1931, DALL’AGNOL appreciates particularly southern France.
Fascinated by mediterranean luminosity, he is sensitive to unique contrasts,
to ochres of old stones. His artistic career has been awarded with several
distinctions. In an exceptional chromatic scale, he creates the soul of a place,
the happiness of a fugitif moment.

His paintings are filled with joy – the palette he uses is most of the time clear,
however never light or superficial. For Dominique Dall’Agnol, painting is
research, “harmony of tints”. As a creator he always wants to improve, to renew.
But his paintings are not intellectual creations, they appeal to the emotion of the spectator.
